Great location- very close to Central Station

The location is ideal.

Very comfortable, staff exceptional and location was great. Close to all facilities we required.

Convenience to everything, meals great, lovely old hotel.

I arrived tired after a 23hr flight at 8am. The hotel was full and were unable to offer early check in, but the staff and duty manager went the extra mile and provided me with towels and toiletries and the use of a shower room, so I could shower and change. They then stored my luggage securely until I checked in later. Was very much appreciated.

Perfect location. Pillows could be better.

The room was good to sleep in.

So, so central to everything I needed. Flew to Sydney so just across the road from Central railway station and light rail. They had my room ready for me really early. Thankyou. Room clean, very quiet, comfortable and great staff. I love the area, little Thailand area, so food I love and I saw a show at Capitol theatre a few minutes walk away.

We had an early flight and arrived at the hotel at 9:30am. We were surprised that our room was ready and we could check in right away.

Great location to catch the light rail or train. Close to tons of Chinese & Thai restaurants & the big City city shopping place.

the bar was a separate business and it was very good.

After slumming in shared-bathroom hotels to save money, this hotel was an oasis. The room was quite a big, larger than I expected. It included a good sized writing desk where I could sit down and work. There were facial tissues available, a feature more often seen in 4-star hotels. Relatively recent renovations give the hotel a generally shiny feeling, but they've maintained the lovely old art-deco style. I thought it was good they offer a choice of breakfasts, just cereals and toast if you want something lighter and less expensive, or full cooked breakfast if you want that. I'd be happy to stay again.
