Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for AUD 15 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for AUD 40 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property might host on-site functions, so noise may be audible in some rooms. Food and beverage services at this property may be limited or unavailable due to the coronavirus (COVID-19). A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. This credit card and photo ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. If the booking has been made in a different name to the guest’s name on arrival, an authorization form will need to be completed. Please note that there is a nonrefundable 2.0% credit card fee when you pay with a Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, JCB or UnionPay credit card. Early check in is available for an additional AUD $30.00 (subject to room availability after 10.00am). Late Check Out is available for an additional AUD $35.00 (until 1 pm). Please notify reception by 10:00 am on your check out date if you require a late check out. Please note the covered parking has a height restriction of 5.9 feet. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Air conditioning: set between 21 to 24 degrees Please be aware our breakfast trading hours are from 7:30am to 9:30am (Monday – Sunday). We serve a hot plated breakfast @ $16.00 per person : - 2 eggs (scrambled, fried or poached), bacon, hashbrown, sausages on a plate, no refills (one serve only). A refill of coffee, tea, juice, milk, cereals, bread, spreads in form of self-service. Kindly be advised that both our George Street elevators will be under construction/maintenance from March 27, 2023 to September 04, 2023. Construction/maintenance will be done on weekdays only during business hours.
